Shipping Information

Here at the Ariana & Evans, we typically ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. That being said, it depends on volume. Weekends are quite busy for us, so please take this into account. If you place your order on Friday (after business hours) or on Saturday or Sunday (when we do not ship), it is the same as placing your order on the following Monday. That's the first day that we see your order.

If you place your order on a Monday, it should ship by Wednesday or Thursday.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on our shaving soaps, perfumes, balms or splashes. Personal taste in fragrance and the scent of our products is very subjective and personal. In addition, we cannot accept exchanges for sanitary reasons especially since covid. However, if there are issues, please contact our Customer Support and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

Damage & Defects: If your item is damaged or defective in some way, we will make sure you are taken care of.   Please  contact us via email (customercare@shavingshoponline.com) with pictures and a description of the damages within 10 days of arrival and we will arrange for appropriate compensation or a replacement at no cost to you.
