As our very first offering in body soap, Soap of Antiquity needed to be truly exceptional and unparalleled. Now, we are proud to present our incredible soap, enriched with Pine Tar and Activated Charcoal. Inspired by ancient recipes from Syria, Greece, and Italy, our original soap is crafted with the finest ingredients. And now, with these added ingredients, there is simply nothing that can compare. Let's start by discussing the soap that originated in Aleppo, Syria. This soap was beloved for its natural nourishing properties and is renowned worldwide as one of the best bar soaps for sensitive skin. Dating back to the 8th century A.D., this soap is traditionally made from olive oil and lye, but what sets it apart is the addition of bay laurel oil. While researching, I discovered old recipes that referenced both Bay Laurel and Laurel Berry oils, both derived from the same tree. These oils are incredibly potent and were commonly used in ancient Greek and Arabic medicine for their natural medicinal properties. 

 Our soap is perfect for all skin types, including skin prone to dermatitis and other itchy, inflammatory skin conditions. It can be used to wash the face & body. I created a formulation which creates tight bubbles, not air-filled bubbles. This creates a lotion-like lather which is incredibly nourishing.
