Here's the story. it was September of 2020 in the bustling streets of NYC, where I was catching up with colleagues from the UK and US. While reminiscing about my days training a crew of new hires, one moment stood out. A newbie from Dallas was totally captivated by a quirky ‘ice cream’ truck hawking cannabis goodies. Flavors like Purple Haze and Pineapple Express were on the menu, but it was the sweet scent of ‘Strawberry Cough’ that hit me. I don’t smoke, but that aroma? It was pure magic. that’s how Strawberry Fields was born.
