We upgraded these creams across every single metric to provide a texture closer to a croap, increased lather density, superior slickness, and an enhanced post-shave feel. They compete with premium soaps costing significantly more, complete with luxury packaging.

During the 1960s, Brut completely redefined men's grooming by making daily fragrance a mainstream male ritual. It quickly became the quintessential masculine scent of the era, moving away from subtle, clean aftershaves toward a bold, unapologetic "aromatic fougère" profile. Packed with notes of lavender, anise, geranium, oakmoss, and deep wood, it was a heavy, sweet-and-spicy aroma that instantly signaled confidence and rugged sophistication.
Its popularity exploded due to several key cultural factors:
  • The "Brut Men" advertising: Fabergé utilized hyper-masculine sports stars like Joe Namath, Muhammad Ali, and Henry Cooper to market the scent, proving that tough men cared about grooming.
  • Mass cultural reach: It was the definitive smell of barbershops, locker rooms (after showering :) , and date nights for a generation.
  • The green glass bottle: The packaging, complete with its silver-colored medallion, became an instant visual icon of 1960s and 70s pop culture.

We are proud to present 60's Cologne in our new custom glass jars, embossed with our logo and packaged in our custom black tubed boxes, each hand-stamped with our wax seal. Each jar is generously filled with 6 ounces of our updated shave cream shaving soap.

Due to the increased weight of the glass jar and packaging, shipping costs may be slightly higher than with our previous packaging.
