60’s Cologne Aftershave Splash
Inspired by Brut Cologne by Faberge
- The "Brut Men" advertising: Fabergé utilized hyper-masculine sports stars like Joe Namath, Muhammad Ali, and Henry Cooper to market the scent, proving that tough men cared about grooming.
- Mass cultural reach: It was the definitive smell of barbershops, locker rooms (after showering :) , and date nights for a generation.
- The green glass bottle: The packaging, complete with its silver-colored medallion, became an instant visual icon of 1960s and 70s pop culture.
notes: lavender, anise, bergamot, basil, lemon, geranium, jasmine. ylang-ylang, oakmoss, patchouli, vetiver, tonka bean, sandalwood and vanilla.
Ingredients: Aloe Vera Juice, Vegetable Glycerin, SD 40B Alcohol, Rose Hydrosol, Calendula Extract , Red Clover Extract, Chamomile, Plantain Leaves, White Willow Bark, Vitamin E, Caprylic Triglycerides ( combination of plant sugars and fatty acids derived from palm and coconut oils for silkier feel and as a natural preservative).
Scent is not as strong as my original set of 60's cologne soap and staying power of splash is noticeably less, compared to my old set, which I still have and is part of my shave rotation. Overall very pleasant, lathers well, very slick. great customer service, communication and fast shipping.
Great scent and soothes perfectly. Gets frequent use in my house.
Excellent splash, feels great on skin and scent is spot on as well, fast shipping and well packaged
Love it!
Unbelievable fragrance smooth and cooling . Just wish that made a EDP.
