The Story Behind Latte e Menta

I'll never forget that afternoon at Daniele's family barbershop. After catching up, we slipped out to a nearby restaurant for lunch—the kind of place where every dish tastes like nostalgia. That's when Daniele's father turned to me with a spark in his eye. He wanted me to capture the magic of Latte e Menta, that beloved Roman drink Italians adore from childhood onward.

One sip, and I understood. Creamy and cool, it was like tasting a memory shared with generations. Before I left, the family gifted me a bottle of the mint syrup used by the restaurant to bring back home as inspiration and said, "Make something that carries its soul."

And so, I did.

The Fragrance

Velvety milk notes wrapped in ambroxan, so rich it feels like sunlight on skin. The base has Guaic wood and hinoki wood to add depth. Imagine a cypress tree on a hot day. 
We use spearmint and peppermint essential oils, cold-steeped for that just-poured-over-ice freshness. On the top is a wisp of iris, powdery and tender, like Nonna’s cheek after a hug.
