Asian Pear Shaving Soap - Ultima 2

The pear is definitely the star here, but this isn’t a bright or overly fruity fragrance. It’s a warmer, richer take on pear.

Dried fruits add depth and sweetness, while tonka and sandalwood give the fragrance a smooth, warm foundation. Tobacco brings a deeper richness, with just a hint of coffee and soft florals adding complexity in the background. It’s almost gourmand, but not quite. The darker tobacco and woods keep it from becoming too sweet or dessert-like.

What I really love is how the pear remains present throughout the fragrance. It never gets lost beneath the darker notes. Instead, everything seems to wrap around it.

Notes: Bergamot, pear, dried fruits, tobacco, tonka bean, coffee, jasmine, sandalwood & cedar wood.
