An Update for Our European Customers
To our friends throughout Europe,
As ariana&evans continues to grow, we're making an important change to how we serve our European customers.
Going forward, customers within the European Union will be able to purchase ariana&evans products through our authorized European retail partners rather than directly from us.
This change allows us to provide a better overall experience, including faster delivery, local inventory, simplified purchasing, and fewer customs-related complications. We're currently preparing a substantial shipment for our distributor in Italy, who will soon have one of the largest selections of ariana&evans products available in Europe.
Over the past several years, international shipping to the EU has become increasingly complex due to evolving regulations, customs requirements, documentation, and consumer protection rules. While we've always enjoyed serving our European customers directly, these changes have made it increasingly difficult for a small artisan business to provide the experience you deserve.
By working through our trusted European partners, we can spend more time doing what we love—creating exceptional grooming products—while ensuring our customers continue to receive outstanding service.
